What would I say to someone hoping to work in the arts? Don’t expect to be rich, but don’t listen to the naysayers who say you’ll never earn a living – it is simply not true.
Since graduating from Leicester University with a degree in English and History over 20 years ago, I’ve turned my childhood love of dance into a career that has taken me from the outlandish contemporary art world in London, to the De Vos Institue of Arts Management in Washington DC, sharing ideas with arts leaders from Nepal to Zimbabwe.

On Monday 7 December, a group of five Sixth Form students visited Broadcasting House to meet with OE Jim Egan, CEO - BBC Global News.

On Saturday 14 November, Eltham College welcomed 96 OEs and their guests for the 2015 Annual Reunion Dinner, which this year was for leavers from 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995 and 2000.

Christine Tadman was born on 28th May 1937.  She attended Mexborough Grammar School in the Doncaster area and studied at Goldsmiths College, London, completing her BSc in 1959 and her PGCE in 1960.

The 2015 winter reunion was held at Eltham College on Sunday 13 December, commencing with the OEA AGM held in the Old Library.  After which the touch rugby (run as a house competition) and netball tournaments commenced, along with the traditional Eltham College First XV v the recent OE leavers’ game.
